Birth Trauma Recovery & Support
Birth rarely goes as planned and when the experience leaves us with emotional wounds - whether from feeling unheard, medical trauma, or unexpected outcomes - it can stay with you long after the physical healing. My Birth Trauma recovery sessions offer a gentle, holistic space to begin processing and releasing what you've been holding. We can start with a compassionate birth debrief, where you can share your story in a judgement free zone. From there I will offer hypnotherapy, which is a powerful tool for addressing symptoms of PTSD, anxiety and emotional overwhelm by calming the nervous system and gently rewiring the mind's response to trauma. For those seeking body based healing, my An Mo Massage is available as part of your package to help process and release residual tension & emotion, reconnecting you with a sense of safety and softness in your body.

Returning to intimacy isn't always easy when there is a baby between you, and there are so many factors that play into that. It's easy to build up resentment towards each other and to become competitive about "who is doing more".
